New client service appointments and consultations will require a credit card at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. We regret that we cannot schedule new client appointments without a credit card unless the service is prepaid. Your card will not be processed for the procedure prior to your appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all new client appointments to avoid a broken appointment fee of $100. Permanent Cosmetics and Cosmetic Services require a sterile set-up which is “specific” to the type of procedure you're having. This involves time and disposable materials which must be ordered and prepared in advance of your appointment. Due to the nature of our services, we are seldom able to rebook appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions about our policy or fees, please inquire prior to scheduling your procedure.

Running Late...
- We have a 15 MINUTE Grace Period
- Running late? Please call us at (404)-936-6931 Ext 701 to let us know.
- If you are running 15-minutes late to your appointment, please understand that we will do our best to accommodate you; however, we may not be able to complete the entire service requested in the time remaining on your appointment. At the discretion of the Nouveau Lash Extensionist, we may need to reschedule you to complete the work. We appreciate your understanding.
More Than 15-Minutes Late...
Clients arriving later than 15-minutes for an initial lash application or fill-in, will need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time between appointments to complete your service. A broken appointment fee will apply.
Cancellations or Broken Appointments
Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of Nouveau Clinic Services:
- We require a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a broken appointment fee.
- Appointments that are not cancelled with a minimum of a 24-hour notice, will incur a minimum $50 cancellation fee - or an amount equal to half of the service value for services over $100 dollars.
- We regret that we cannot give exceptions to this policy.
- The broken appointment fee will be applied to your next appointment or billed to your credit card on file.
- If you have purchased a “fill-in series” at a discount, and cannot complete your touch-up in the scheduled time frame allotted, the missed touch-ups cannot be rolled forward.
- Fill-ins on monthly maintenance programs are scheduled for every 14 days for best results.
- Our phones are answered 24/7. In the event you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our main office number at 404-936-6931. If it is after normal business hours, over the weekend or on a holiday; or, if we are unable to speak with you personally, your message will be recorded and time stamped. Our service will then notify us immediately. We will contact you on the next business day to confirm receipt of your message, and to reschedule your appointment if requested. Thank you.

We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Check Cards and local checks. Please note: At this time we cannot accept American Express or Discover for lash extensions.
