How do I begin the process?
A The Hair Follicle treatment program begins with a confidential and customized artistry consultation to assess your specific cosmetic needs and concerns. After a thorough evaluation, we will make our recommendations and review the details of the treatment plan that we feel will be required to visually correct your hair loss. The consultation will include a "mini-preview" of the finished artistry, using temporary scalp camouflage cosmetics. What is the actual procedure like?
A The scalp skin will be pre-treated prior to the application of pigment with an exfoliation process. This process is designed to remove dead skin build-up caused by hair care products, scalp treatments or adhesives from hair pieces or wigs. The treatment also softens scars from transplant surgeries.
The scalp will be numbed prior to and during the actual procedure. Since the cosmetic tattooing process does not go as deep as traditional tattooing, the procedures are well-tolerated by most individuals. The actual Hair Follicle Simulation, will take from one to two hours per session to complete, depending on the degree of hair loss being treated. Treatment sessions are scheduled 30 days apart.

What will I look like immediately after the procedure?
AThe Hair Follicle Simulation will look slightly darker and more “cosmetic” immediately after your procedure due to the application process . It will take from 3 to 5 days for the skin underneath the cosmetic tattooing to heal. During the healing process, the skin will exfoliate slightly when you shampoo, and the color and artistry will soften and fade.
We will recommend post care products to use immediately after your procedure to heal the skin and to effectively lengthen the life of your color. This information will be reviewed with you during your consultation.
Will I have to take time off from work after a procedure?
ANo, the Hair Follicle Simulation treatments are non-invasive and only affect the skin superficially. You can use a non-alkaline shampoo the day after, and return to work or your social activities the same day.
We do not recommend swimming, saunas, whirlpools or suntanning for at least two weeks immediately following your pigment application.

New client service appointments and consultations will require a credit card at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. We regret that we cannot schedule new client appointments without a credit card unless the service is prepaid. Your card will not be processed for the procedure prior to your appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all new client appointments to avoid a broken appointment fee of $100. Permanent Cosmetics and Cosmetic Services require a sterile set-up which is “specific” to the type of procedure you're having. This involves time and disposable materials which must be ordered and prepared in advance of your appointment. Due to the nature of our services, we are seldom able to rebook appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
